ACCOUNT

We require accounts so that only owners or admins of approved businesses, teams, or groups are able to see Crewtique product offerings and prices. This is to ensure that any discounts for which a company may qualify are afforded to the business by allowing for resale profit. In addition, we want to be sure that only qualified businesses/groups are able to purchase the Crewtique products as they may differ from the offers on Move Society retail items. And lastly, we want to get to know you and your business so that we can assist you in finding the perfect products for your needs.

No. A resale license is not required. However, you may be required to pay sales tax, depending on your location, if you do not have a resale license. If you would like for your account to be tax-exempt, please send a copy of your resale license to your sales rep.

ORDERING

To view prices and place an online order, you will first need to log in with your approved Crewtique Account username and password. Your prices will be displayed on each product page as well as in the cart once you have added items.

BLANKS:
For Move Society products sold blank... No, we do not have order or quantity minimums on our stock items. So if you like, you can order just one piece!

EMBELLISHED PRODUCTS:
First-Time Orders - Minimums required when purchasing products with embellishment packages.
Re-orders - We proudly offer no minimums on reorders! This is one major bonus that we offer as part of our embellishment packages.

Yes, we offer in-house embellishment services including embroidery, screen print, and heat press transfers of vinyl, foil, glitter, or rhinestones. These options are offered through our Embellishment Packages on each item.

If you are wanting one of items (Move Society brand) in a custom color, we may be able to produce that for you with a minimum of 100.

Yes, price breaks are determined by the amount you order per style and color. You can view the applicable discount tiers on the product page as you are building your order.

You can view previous online orders and current open online orders by clicking My Account on the top right hand corner of any page on the site. You have two options...

At Crewtique, we have no minimums (on blank products): it's one of the ways we cater to businesses and teams both large and small. We do not send single items or samples for free to any account. If you would like to purchase samples, simply log into your account and order the items that are needed at your regular discounted cost.

In addition, we offer Sample Box purchases to Crewtique customers.... see the fit, fabric, and sizing of each item before you place your order. We offer free shipping and free pre-paid return shipping on the samples you select. You will "purchase" your sample box, but will be refunded 100% when your sample box is sent back to us within 14 days from the date you receive the box.

Our online inventory is updated real-time.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We generally do not accept orders on out of stock items. However, it is very likely that we have more product on order and your item will be available again very soon. Stock info can be found on each product page.

In some cases, we are able to accept pre-orders for items that are currently scheduled to arrive or restock soon. Your sales rep will be able to assist you with your pre-order, or for some products you will see a pre-order option on the product page.

No. You may place an order if there are other sizes in stock that you need or you may wait until all of your items are in stock to purchase. If you qualify for any quantity price breaks, it will be calculated per order. Two orders will not be added together to accommodate a lower price. If you wish to receive your quantity discount, you must wait until items are in stock to place your entire order at once. Available products are sold on a first come, first served basis and will not be "held" for future orders.

PAYMENT

Crewtique / Move Society accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

At this time, we ship only to the US.

At this time, all Crewtique customers are required to pay in full before delivery.

SHIPPING

We ship all orders from our distribution center in Metairie, Louisiana.

Orders of blank apparel for in-stock items will ship within 2-3 business days.

Crewtique does not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. For rush orders, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives by e-mail at crewtique.kc@icloud.com or call 504.667.5611.

Shipping charges vary. Your charge will be based on the weight of the package, the number of boxes, size of the boxes, the method of shipping, and the destination. Since this information (particularly weight) is determined at the time of shipping, we can only make estimations beforehand. Please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives at 504.667.5611 if you require a shipping estimate.

We require signatures for all orders delivered to a place of business. Please note that Crewtique / Move Society is not responsible for lost packages that have been delivered to a residential address without a signature.

An email with tracking information will be sent to the email address used for your log in name. You can also track your online orders by logging in to your account. No we cannot ship Crewtique order to a PO Box. Neither FedEx nor UPS ship to P.O. boxes.

PRODUCTS

Most of our garments should be washed in cold water and tumbled dry on low heat. Washing instructions are also listed on the garment tag. Specific care instructions for each of our products can be found on the product page.

We use an assortment of fabrics and materials to produce our super-soft apparel. You can also find fabrication information listed on each product page.

Crewtique® is a team apparel boutique offering Move Society® products and other "Brands We Love" to groups such as dance studios, competitive dance, gymnastics, synchronized skating, company and event staff, sororities, and other such groups. All Move Society products are available in sizes Youth 6 to Adult XL. Our super-soft stretch fabrics are of the highest quality and produce incredible screen printing or embroidery results for team branding. We have in-stock items ready for quick shipping but also offer custom color jackets for a unique look.
