Return Policy

 

* You may return purchased goods within 21 days of the date you received your items.
* You are responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt. Notify Move Society in writing within 21 DAYS of receipt of the merchandise of any claims for damages resulting from delivery or any defect in the merchandise discovered, including, without limitation, claims related to shortages, quality, or specification. Please contact a Customer Service Representative at movesociety.kc@icloud.com for a Return Number and a Return/Exchange Form. Please include your order number, the style numbers for the items you wish to return with the color, size, quantity, and reason for return.
* Goods must be returned in original condition. Under no circumstances will Move Society accept claims or returns of merchandise which has been altered, laundered, embellished, or modified in any manner.
* You must include a copy of the original packing list with your goods.
* Be sure to return your goods to the warehouse address on the original packaging.
* We recommend you use Fed Ex or UPS with tracking to monitor return status. The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility unless otherwise specified.
* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
* If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-14 business days.
* Priority and International Shipping charges will not be refunded.
* Returns may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
* Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
